Um...Noob Question....but i want to learn how to map make but i don't know how/where to get Hammer. I know i'm already gonna get made fun of but i really don't care.
Please help me!!! :confused:

is a free application with the Source SDK,
in yous steam window, its under tools

Yeah i also suggest looking at some tutorials on youtube or fps banana

Also check our tutorials section for help on configuring Hammer properly.

I've played CS forever but never made a map nor do i know how.

Before I knew how to map I was like wtf is this source sdk shit anyways... WHy cnat they name it somethin like Source World Editor.............................

Yeah just download it from steam. It takes a bit to get used to, but if you get your cameras set up so that you can fully understand what your creating, it becomes much easier.
