Portal Camping on Surf

Can we get a rule that Portal camping is just like spawn killing? :wondering:

Because really you are technically spawning there. There are people who always portal camp and it is really annoying when you are trying to enjoy you are time on your favorite server when you go though a portal and get killed instantly because people are standing behind it with a shotgun.

Also if it does become a rule make sure it gets put on to the MOTD.

The rule has allready been passed from a discussion in the AO section, just need it to be added to the MOTD in the surf server.
