With the news (http://www.gamasutra.com/php-bin/news_index.php?story=22828) that GarageGames bought back the IP for the Starsiege universe and are porting Starsiege: Tribes to their InstantAction.com browser based video game site I figured I'd mention Fallen Empire: Legions. This game, also on InstantAction.com, is hot in development using an updated version of the Tribes 2 engine and is considered by some to be a (proper) spiritual successor to Tribes 2.
Currently the game is a beta release, so only four weapons included, but it's still incredibly fun. All you need is an account on InstantAction.com and you'll be able to play it (Windows/OSX supported). Just a forewarning, this game gives every player a jetpack, be prepared for ridiculous aerial battles.
