I just chose chose someone random to make it for.

Honestly, I think the headshot thingy in the middle makes it look cheap.

The Text could be better too...

Tips?

hmm

The colors are a little harsh on the eyes and the guns should be sharper and and maybe less effects on them. There is just too much going on, sometimes simpler is better. But nevertheless this is a good start keep trying :)

As blargh said, to much going on.
Try making the colours blend better and the text be a little less, forward, easier on the eyes so to speak.

and try not to distort pictures that your adding (keep them in proportion), like the headshot thing, it just looks weird imo

Yeah, that's nice, doesn't even make you look amateur, it's actually very nice. I also like the Shadow the Hedging.
