Another Battlefield game in the works.

Using the same Frostbite™ engine, Battlefield 1943 takes players back to WWII. The game offers endless hours of 24 player multiplayer action over three classic and tropic locations; Wake Island, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima.

Max 24. What happened to 64 player action!

Awsome but 24 seems quite small =[

I think 24 is a bit too small, but maybe they've changed the gameplay (so there isn't 6+ from each team using planes, helis, tanks etc)?

The destruction might lag with 64 players. I remember how semi laggy the Battlefield BC Beta was.

I was in the first phase of the closed beta along with all the other testers who are actually official testers and/or had a long history of videogame testing. To sum up the game in one word "meh" it wasn't something really amazing lol.

To sum up the game in one word "meh" it wasn't something really amazing lol.I never planned on playing it from the day it was announced, it's looks too childish and TF2-ish for my taste. Not to mention it is f2p with buy-able upgrades, solidifying any doubts I had about it being shitty.
