Well you cannot donate by cell phone yet, only by Paypal for now. Lets see if that will change.

With paypal you can pay using your bank account.

Or you can go buy a visa giftcard, put a value on it, and use that just like a credit card and donate/buyadmin/whatever. Visa giftcards are sold lots of places like safeway and target.
