Imaging resizing and fixing

Hello fellow SG members. I have a tiny picture that I have and I need someone to blow it up and smooth it out. I need it to be big enough to be put as a background, and once that is done, i also have some photoshop ideas for it. If you could please contact me and help me out I would greatly appriate it.

Um so you want it larger? I think there's an option in photoshop to change it's size.

How big you want it? For spray, or what? I don't use the actual photoshop, but 2 other programs. I can probbably do what you want though.

I dont need it for a spray but for a desktop background.

I set both to my desktop, and I have 19" screen. Both looked pretty good. Anything else I can help with let me know.
