I use bind keys for jail break... But in order for the less-minded and non-attention paying terrorists to see it, i have to put it in caps and do it 2-3 times o.o'

well i think prison break is an exception because if some cts dont have mic, they have to type to give out commands, and most of the ts usually dont read the chat, so the cts would have to post their commands about 3 times for the ts to actually notice them. but over 3 i would consider spamming
