Rocketfish Mic

I have this mic and the sound works perfectly. I can hear noises out of both the headphone part thingys. But when i use the mic it wont work and i have not muted the mic and the microphone volume is not muted. I need help Plz

Make sure you have the microphone plugged in correctly and configured properly through Control Panel>Sounds>Recording

The software you're trying to use the microphone on may also need to be configured to use the microphone.
