Has dropped like hell recently
Not sure why
I have only updated my sound drivers so why my frame rate has gone to shit I don't know...
It works fine but every 10 seconds I drop from 40 fps to 10 =\
Yes I have discussed getting a new gfx card... but is there anything I can do until I actually buy it + receive it??
It is making gameplay for me impossible!

There must be dust in your computer. You don't really need to take out anything, just get an air can and blow away any dust you see in your computer.

I noticed one time that when it was computer cleaning day that when I opened up my computer literary dust poofed out in the air and all my problems suddenly disappeared.

A bit of an update
It appears as though everything on my computer has low fps
My windows media player, games even my music :S
Should I pull the back of my tower off and have a look inside there for dust or something?
This is making me concerned...

Yeah, turn it off and clean the dust off of your cpu fan/heat sink, GPU fan/heatsink, and any on your chassis fans.

Just make sure you keep yourself grounded, touch a metal piece of your tower's frame before you start cleaning anything off or it's possible you can kill your mobo from ESD(electro-static discharge).

If it's not anything with dust in the fans/heat sinks then check the temperatures on your CPU,GPU, & HD because 1 of your fans may have burnt up.

overheating would not be the cause of that much of a drop. most video cards can safely operate into the 90c range. which is quite frankly hard to reach. another reason why his card isnt overheating is because he is experiencing a loss of ~30fps. when video cards, or cpu's for that matter get too hot they are scaled down in speed. but not by 75%. there are safe operating clock ranges for both gpu and cpu, cutting down speed by 75% is not a safe operating spec. so its not overheating, though cleaning out the hsf never hurts!

my suggestion and this should 99% gaurante a SIGNIFICANT increase in fps is this

1- back up all data on your hdd's
2- take apart whole computer, and dust everything off (this isnt really needed but you should clean your computer out every 3 months or so, and it helps lower temps a bit)
3- reinstall windows using a clean install (full format)
4- install the newest drivers for everything.
5- install css

enjoy your new faster computer-
