Why does muting only work on some servers?

On minigames I can mute mic spammers myself, on either escape you're shit out of luck if an admin isn't on.

I believe it is a zombie mod glitch, really annoying but hopefully some day they fix it.

Zombie Mod has a lot of glitches.

One is that you can't player mute someone, or you can but it only works for one round. Others are you can't slay anyone on Zombie Mod, along with others.

Along with the fact you're randomly always switching teams. Get more admins on your friendslist I guess, lately I've been just going from server to server admining them since there appears to be a decrease in admins around my timezone lately.
