G5 all the way.

It's pretty comfortable and it's on the go dpi change setting buttons are easy to reach. You can literary go on gaming marathons with this mouse.

I had a razer diamondback which was total shit since it was shipped with a screwed up USB. I sent it back since it kept turning off and on and I got a new one.

Next month my mouse starts acting up again and I decided to buy a Logitech G5. I've never had any problems with it since.

I have to agree with this. I have my g5 for a few months now and it really is easy to use and comfortable.. I even spend a whole weekend of non stop gaming and my mouse never let me down :D

a word to the wise, as a fellow from the UK we cant use places like newegg because of shipping.

ebuyer isn't that great a e-shop, I've personally had problems with shipping with them.

try www.aria.co.uk / www.saverstore.com - both cheap and good.

Personally i would go for the G5.

I think the G5 looks nicer, and even though the other one has more DPI, i think the G5 better. Had it for about 3 months, not one problem.

I own a Roccat Kone. It's a brilliant mouse with great features. It's worth getting but the only flaw is that the scroll wheel may break after a few months like mine did but Roccat sent me a replacement and it got to me two days later. Other than that, best mouse I've ever owned.
