Tron 4!!!!

I am in contact with the maker of the first 3 trons. He is wanting feedback from his previous endevours to make this 4th one the best ever.

He intends this one to be 1 map, learning from his mistake of splitting 3 into 2. Currently themes being thrown around are Star Wars and Horror Movies.

So please post ideas you have for him and I'll forward them on.

For a map; have two room's, one for T and one for CT, have a few grenade vending machines. Like mg_precision, have a few holes on a wall but this time instead of them being guns have it so things fall from the roof when someone gets a grenade in a hole.

The hole's could be "car" "balls" "fridges" "boxes"; they keep falling from the top of the room's and they give damage to the teams. The teams win by getting nades in the hole's and killing the opposing team with items falling from the top of the room.

So say if you got a he grenade in a hole called "balls"; then a few balls fall from the roof and hit them on the head.

The "balls" and other items ect. would be in like glass cages above the room, and will go through a "funnel" shape into the room, so they drop in random places within the room.

If all the holes have been hit then the remaining players will be teleported to have a knife fight?

Most of the maps on tron 4, will get boring, hell everything does.

Also it was just an idea.

The Horror Film one sounds like the best one to go with, will have alot more choice of which films to do and stuff.

The low FPS was a concern taken seriously by the mapper and will definatly make it with that in mind.

i think the first 2 were good because they didnt have a theme, and there were alot more options in my opinion...

it might have just been all the glitches in number 3 and people picking the same map over and over but i thought 3 was horrible personally...

Tron 3's biggest failing point was the mapper was forced to seperate the map files since they were so big. He promises not to make that same mistake. I sent him a message about it but have not seen anything about it...It was due out this month.

Well his community really like them and I believe he runs things over there so probably got behind. I haven't checked their forums in a few weeks...prolly will today.
