High Ping

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why my ping would have recently increased so dramatically? It used to range between approximately 50-100 but since last night it has been more like 150-200. Before you ask I don't have anything downloading in the background.

*Upgraded to 7mb broadband yesterday, but that can't really be it as ping in other apps such as Vent is normal.

How teh hell were you getting 50-100? this is on American servers right?

I've got an 8MB connection yet mine will still be at the 150 level..

When I say 50-100 I mean on SG servers. Brood still gets the same - he had a 40 ping on the Final battleground server today.

must have payed your ISP with leprechaun gold or something!

I'm kidding, might be because of the changes that are going on, I'm getting a lot of choke recently myself which is odd..
