Setting up in vent

Suri brought up a decent point in Chatbawks just a little bit ago:
[11-04, 20:29] Suri We always tell people to get on vent to get to know the community, but then we leave them their for hours and they leave

Now, from what I understand about Vent Admin, you can set a player up if you know their vent name (The one they use to connect) without them being in the server, yes?

If so, why don't we make a section, or form, or something for where people can post their vent name, and AO's go through, setting them up remotely with a random password and then PMing the password to the player.
