Automatic rejection for admin apps?

We have had several users who reapply multiple times during their reapplication process or reapply multiple times before their minimum requirements are met, ignoring the pms from the other CA's.

Would a slight change in the system of allowing a 3 month rejection period for those who reapply multiple times be viable? The second part of that message would be a change in the threads writing the exact date they cannot reapply until for our records.

I understand the principle, but not how it is to be carried out. Is there something that can be used to auto-prevent them from reapplying within a certain date (besides a forum ban)?

Not having access to something would disallow them from posting.

Theoretically it should be possible to code any script to put a timed reapply limit on there, but then again theoretically you can make a DOOM clone in Microsoft Excel if you're willing to do an absurd enough amount of work. Reasonably? I can't see any way to do this automatically that wouldn't create an insane workload for someone somewhere in one way or another.

Honestly though if they're that stupid maybe they should get an outright rejection, is someone that dense and/or arrogant/disrespectful really admin material?
