!help for Prison Break

Been a while since I have made one of these.

Is it possible to make a mod/script for prison break, where someone can type something such as !help and be given a popup explaining pb and how to play it, including common terms used?

If that is possible, that is what this poll is for

We already have !Rules, why don't we just reconfig it for General Prison Break.

Comes with rules, help and FAQ all in one menu.

A quick and concise explanation of what pb is and how to effectively play it is a good idea imo. I say lets update the !rules.

Prison Break is a mod where guards (CT's) give orders to prisoners (T's). It is suggested that you play as a T for a few rounds and get the hang of it before playing as a CT, that way you don't accidentally free kill somebody. Type "MOTD" in chat to see a further detailed list of rules.
