Re-add Noob Section

Simple enough, I thought it was useful and so did a lot of players when they wanted to ask questions.

I'd like to see it back, do you?

i've wanted that section back for some time, i think it was mentioned in anohter thead somewhere here, but mabey loverlooked?

I think its a good idea because its a place where people can ask questions without the "You're retarded" reponses.

If it came back it'd have to be a strictly "No flame" section though.

Well fixed the spelling mistake. Maybe instead of calling it "Noob Section" actually turn it around to some Forum/Server Question section?

I would like to bring it back... some people misunderstand the meaning of noob/newb and might not like the naming.. but a forum basics/new to the forums section would be nice to have again.
