Quarterly Meetings

Hi,

This poll is for my proposal on having a staff meeting every 3 months.

I think this would be nice to show everyone what's happening, what's been happening and any plans for future growth that we have, this could also be used to discuss other issues.

Obviously it would be favoured if it was hosted by the top people, meaning either Haggard/Red or the BD's.

I remember having a meeting sometime last year just after the PB servers went live, it was good and factual although I couldn't make it due to time zone differences, I listened later on a recording.

Hopefully this can be set at a good time for most time zones, preferablly on the weekend.

I think every two months, or even every one month would be more appropriate, covering 3 months of material in one night would be impossible!

It's up to who ever runs it about how frequently they want to have a meeting, I just set this as a guideline thing..

I think a once a month meeting would be great, would help everyone get up to play with everything going on.

I kinda thought that having them any sooner than 3 months would decrease the importance and attendance of most people. It's dependant on how much there is to go over I guess..

I've vote dyes, but one question i do have is who will this include? Will it be CAs, AOs and BDs only? I think if we tried to have a meeting with all the SAs as well it would be too many people (might end up with people talking over each other etc)

What I had pictured when I thought about this was Haggard's meeting in like September last year. SA's were invited, it was a general meeting where Haggard explained things he was doing, things he wanted to get done and any idea/questions anyone had were answered.

End of the day, it's up to the BD's if they want to share information on what's going on and which user groups to discuss it with. I don't mind either way..

I recommend once a month as well as some of the people who have posted here.

The reason being so is because if we have meetings as often as 12 times a year (or even more), everyone will know what is going on, what is being planned, and what is being done.

Anyone who doesn't make the meeting will have no right to complain about the changes because... they weren't there.
