    Bi-Weekly Get-Together

As some of you may know, I have been wearing the eGO clan tag in conjunction with the SG tag for quite awhile now. My reason to have join eGO is to participate in their clan events, something that SG has not done for quite some time.

I love SG, which is why I went to eGO to collect information that could help make SG more fun, popular, and appealing to the soul.

What I gathered from eGO and what I want to suggest to the community is this:

    SG-only Bi-Weekly Get-Together

What this is is an SG-only event where players who are admins, regulars, and supporters (anything that makes them "OFFICIALLY" a part of SG) get together and play some simple games together, with sv_alltalk ON.

While we are doing this BWGT, admins can ask questions on how to become better admins and get to know each other. Regulars can become a little bit more attached to the community as well as supporters. Basically, everyone will get a chance to know each other a lot more, which will unite us a single unit rather than a split country.

The only rule that I want to stress greatly while we're doing the BWGT is this: Respect

I know a lot of admins are "hard-asses" and I know a lot of regulars and supporters are "obnoxious." However, that's what I expect from the internet and I am prepared to teach them RESPECT and to have them take pride in SG.

We're the most successful laid-back community and I think we should at least do something for ourselves that makes us keep on going.

    Consider this idea.

Think outside the box. ;) A event does not just have to be Defuse. Napalm is a great example for a SG event.
