Lol Higurashi no Naku Koro ni beats that hands down.
I mean just look at its opening.

I guess, As in a few storyline path in the anime it cross paths with a torturing family.

because have u notice that in most of the anime
the anime director/drawers put the girl anime boobs really big
is like saying there gonna have a sex scene later on

What do you expect it was a storyline game. They tried to include multiple scenerios into one anime, which made it confusing at times.
